The situation of this Bed & Breakfast is one of tranquillity - whilst only a few minutes from the busy town of St Andrews and its famous golf courses.
An ideal location for country walks and relaxing. Admire the stunning views or wander along country parks and catch glimpses of local wildlife. Drive 10 minutes and you will reach St Andrews where you will find cosmopolitan restaurants and interesting shops and cafes. Ask us about all the stunning local beaches and gardens to wander through.
Cosy rooms are finished to the highest standard. Each of the rooms is individually decorated with co-ordinating themes. Most rooms have fireplaces, antique pine or brass beds and carefully picked pieces of art. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite shower room.
As you would expect a hearty Scottish breakfast is offered along with a few alternatives including a vegetarian option, on request. Prepared in our stylish country kitchen and served in our cosy dining room you can start the day looking through the original arched window to admire the view over the garden stream. Alternatively take advantage of the East Neuk climate (which has a better record of sunshine than the rest of Scotland) and dine al fresco in the garden.
As one of the owners is vegetarian (and has been for 40 years) you can expect that we understand the needs of the vegetarian.
Each of our guests is an individual so if you have any requests please get in touch at standrewsbb@talk21.com
