"Extremely disappointed"
Was attending a nearby formal function and found shower in room was freezing cold and unusable, no hot water whatsoever. Bath tap was only lukewarm. Exactly the same next morning after complaint.... Read more

Dislikes:
Totally inadequate bathroom facilities - although very clean could not wash/shower. Staff gave access to next door room, shower ran warm for a very short while then freezing cold again.
