Annex Room 9 was warm and comfortable, small, and compactly furnished (shower only). Alpha + for cleanliness. We liked 9 for good window views of the Menai Strait and Bangor pier with the Carnedd Mountains beyond.
Chris was cheerful, welcoming and warm. He and his staff were attentive to every request, including our preferences for blankets rather than a duvet, and porridge for breakfast was brought to our room. Dinner overlooking the Strait was very enjoyable.
We shall return to Room 9. Read less

We have a fine tradition of providing hotel accommodation and dining of the highest quality, choose from our a la carte menu in our thirty seater restaurant or from our grill menu
in our cosy bar that overlooks the Menai Strait, we also have a slipway and a mooring just outside our front door so if you are sailing by feel free to sail in and come alongside for a pint and a meal.
