The staff were very welcoming, and made sure that our stay was a pleasant one. The dinner was excellent, and our accommodation was perfect - a spacious room in a tranquil location with a most comfortable bed and great views over the surrounding countryside. Before breakfast the next morning, we enjoyed a walk through the grounds in bright sunshine. That was an unexpected bonus. Read less

Over a wet and windy weekend we found all the warmth we could want in the staff service. They were excellent! Mrs Craigen enjoyed the pool, Mr craigen enjoyed the peace and quiet. Our dinner guests who had heard good things of your hotel from their home in Lowestoft, enjoyed their meal, as we did also. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent throughout our stay, including a busy evening service.
Dislikes:
The bed (mattress) is not the most comfortable that we have slept in!

I was in Norfolk with business and did a search close to the works. The Broom Hall Hotel came up and I thought it looked good so booked it. I'm really glad I did! I was late in getting down and even though the kitchen was closed the owner gave me choice of a few meals, which I really appreciated after a long journey! The level of service never dropped in the 3 nights I spent there, I was really impressed so will be booking in there again when I am next down. Read less

Excellent service from the first minute I got there, the staff were so welcoming and friendly it really made the difference. My room was clean, comfortable and all for a great price.
