From the minute we arrived, everyone was so friendly and we were totally relaxed - and many thanks for opening the bar when we returned on the Saturday evening.
Dislikes:
Nothing - it was all excellent.

Dog was given free reigh to wander around the grounds. He loved that. Dinner was delicious and service of all the staff was superb.All cheerful, efficient and charming.

My parents bought a dinner, bed and breakfast package for me as a birthday gift.

The hotel was chosen for it's setting and that it had an indoor pool open to guests all year round.
We really enjoyed being in a coach-house which was roomy, comfortable and clean.
The food was delicious, the pool was lovely (we stayed in for over an hour!) and we had a super queit, relaxed weekend away.

We do listen to guests requests, complaints and suggestions. We do forget a drink order from time to time but a gentle reminder normally suffices.

the bar opened on request which suited me and my wife!

I asked for fried bread with my breakfast and was told quite firmly that fried bread was not available. Neither the bacon nor the eggs appeared to have been freshly cooked.

I am sorry that you did not think your breakfast was freshly cooked that morning.
But I can assure you it was as I have spoken to the chef.
Unfortunatley fried bread is not an item on the breakfast menu.
