Room good, staff very friendly and helpful.
Dislikes:
No bath in my room - I hadn't specified one. There was a party in a function room under my bedroom which stopped at midnight. It was loud but they did offer to move me if I wanted.

Many thanks for your comments. Of our 11 bedrooms only 4 have baths the rest have large showers. The rooms with baths are rooms 1, 2, 3 & 8.
We try to ensure that guests not attending functions are given the quietest rooms, I'm sorry that this didn't happen on this occasion but we will always offer an alternative room, if we have one, if guests are not happy for any reason.
It seems as though you enjoyed your stay and we hope that we have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future.

Stayed for 1 night as attending a 'gig' at the nearby UEA (10 mins away). Arrived and were taken to our room - Mint room. Room is nice and bright, 4 poster bed over looking the front of the hotel. Spacious and clean bathroom with decent towels. Very good night sleep. There was a wedding going on that evening, but was still quiet enough to go to sleep, could hear just a little of the party going on. Had a drink at the bar, good selection - hubby was happy!Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Read less
