From the M5 take the A38 then the A380 in to Torquay follow signs for the harbour. At the clock tower turn left, carry on over lights and Hotel Peppers is located on the left hand side.

Cross the road to the sea front and turn left follow the sea front to the harbour walk around the harbour to the clock tower and turn left, Hotel Peppers is 200 yards on the left

When leaving the Airport follow signs for Torquay then follow the A380 to Torquay, follow signs for the harbour at the clock tower turn left, carry on over the traffic lights and Hotel Peppers is located on the left
