Thank you Gemma for your kind words. We do aim for 'home from home' so glad we are getting that right! We love our house as every room is different and especially the attic rooms as our bedroom is also up there (great views - but don't tell anyone). Hope you can make to Cornwall again, sometime soon. Proprietors who were genuinely interested in their guests. Convenient location, easy to find. Properly heated at a very cold time of year. Hosts were really well organised with regard to breakfast.

From time of arrival until time of departure Chris and Heidi were the perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble for them and Chris wears many hats including valet parking in the rain! The "extras" in the room were more than exceptional and I haven't cleaned my shoes so often since I was at school due to the complimentary shoe shine pad. Tea, coffee etc were more than generous as was the biscuits and water. Breakfast was great everyday with good choices. Read less

Everything - especially Heidi's scrambled egg! Chris and Heidi are very welcoming and the facilities are great (especially the smoking area for us smokers).
