Bathroom was a bit cramped, sink needed a guard, would have been easy to lose jewellery down the plug hole. And impossible to put any water in the kettle due to sink and tap. Just small things.

Bedroom was spotlessly clean (we had a big double) and was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless but was most definitely "bijou" (literally 1meter wide - as wide as the shower cubicle) and neither of us could dress in it.
Had to walk down the stree to breakfast which was fine as we were heading back into central London to work. Could have done with it being available from 07.00 hrs. 08.00 is a little late for business travellers to start. Read less

I stayed for 1 night with my 2 children in a triple room. The room was clean and contained 3 single beds. The hotel is on a quiet side street, very close to Shepherd Bush green which is lively. It's only a 5 minute walk from the tube station. The breakfast was not particularly great for children but acceptable. Read less
