The fact that we had to go across the road to another hotel for breakfast is a bit off putting.

Owner very friendly and offered advice on good places to get food etc in the area. Breakfast was good quality, including unlimited juices, cereals, coffee etc, and option of full cooked breakfast (service, not buffet). excellent value for price as all included in cost of room. Everything was clean, comfortable and breakfast was more than adequate. Location excellent for trip
Dislikes:
lots of steps and lips around corridors. Not really a problem for us , but maybe if not so sure footed would be as both of us tripped going into room.

Hotel didn't respond to my email about early check in, although they did let us check in early when we turned up.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We had plenty of space for our things.
Dislikes:
There was very limited space in the bathroom and the toilet directly next to a heated towel rail (ouch!) We had only two cups for tea but we were three people.

Not far from london center on underground. Great restaurants in area particularly a must Wahaca - mexican in westfield center. Good well cooked fryed breakfast,coffee and cold drink which I took advantage of. Read less

Dislikes:
Two small draw backs you can here showers being used in adjacent room, no dvd or plug in for memory stick on tv
