It's an old house refurbished to modern standards. The lounge and breakfast room is great for giving the kids some space. We watched a movie and played monopoly - all provided by the guesthouse.

Nice bedroom, well appointed room with all we needed. Appreciated having a bath in the ensuite. Very pleasant owners who provided a very good breakfast.
Dislikes:
No complaints whatsover.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was delish, what more could you really want.
Dislikes:
The sign pointing to it off the main road leads down a very worn road which didn't do a lot of good to our old car. Later found out that there was another road that we could have used instead.

Hello again Gayle, glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Just a point for future guests - the directions to Glenan Lodge in our website specifically recommend that you ignore our signage because of the state of the lane and approach the guest house via Tomatin Distillery.

Very quiet and peaceful location, plenty of wildlife including Red Squirrels to watch whilst having breakfast. Central location for surrounding attractions.
