The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work very well. Also having a carpet in the bathroom was not what we would he=ave expected !

Breakfasts were very good, room was good in all respects.
Dislikes:
Evening meal on one night was not as good as it should have with a stringy chicken starter and a prawn dish that was described in detail but was in fact a prawn cocktail.

Thanks for your feedback. The soft seating was installed in April to provide an easy seating area for our residents which had previously been requested on many occasions. I know that space is at a premium but generally the seating area has been well received. Sadly, there is not enough room for additional seating. The situation of the hotel meant that we could see the parts of Norfolk we wanted to see.All the locals were very friendly in a Bar that maintains the English pub atmosphere.Very friendly Owners.

Good sized bedroom and bathroom with good all-round facilities.
Dislikes:
Attention needs to be taken regarding the spring on the bedroom door adjacent to the wardrobe as each time the wardrobe door is opened, it hits the wardrobe door.

Bedrooms exquisite - best bed ever with luxury bedding. Small seating area in room overlooking garden. Cooked breakfast to die for!!

It was lovely that the standards were still high and to see familiar faces in the staff. Often we return to places and there have been changes - not for the better.
