We were made most welcome,on our arrival, and nothing was too much trouble for our hostess. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the breakfast was also excellent.
Dislikes:
Nothing at all-except -it was a pity we could not have stayed longer

The guest house location was only 200 metres and the sea front and less than 400 to the main shopping street regent road. The room was perfect and I felt secure leaving my car near to the premise

The accomodation is great value for money. Clean rooms, great facilities and well placed for restaurants to eat in the evenings. As I had to be away early in the mornings and therefore missed the breakfast, the landlady very kindly made me sandwiches with some fruit to take with me - they were delicious! Parking could be a problem but again the landlady could provide a residents permit so that was dealt with! All in all, I could definitely recommend a stay here. A++++. Read less
