As parents of a disabled young person, we chose this venue as a much-needed short break. It turned out to be a very lucky choice for us - friendly hosts, fantastic breakfasts and amazingly comfortable bed (from one who struggles to find beds away from home that I can actually sleep in! Oh and I loved the bath too - don't often have time for a soak, usually a quick shower). Read less

Peaceful & quiet B&B - don't expect run of the mill, it's awesomely different. Loved the ducks walking past our room in the morning & fascinating "multi-cultural" fellow guests at breakfast!

I like everything, I have loved this place. I think it's perfect to rest and to walk on countryside.
Futhermore the breakfast is fantastic, it's a delight.
Dislikes:
Everything was perfect, but it's possible that I have something to say: Time of check out is very early.

Whilst it was a brief stay time really did seem to fly. Greeted as we exited the car by a delightful proprietor, we were given a brief but informative overview of the grounds as we worked our way towards our accommodation. The introduction included all features of the room and the grounds but not in a monotonous way. We were offered a drink in the lounge before we unpacked which we declined and was also offered recommendations for dinner. Read less

Not to put too fine a point on it but we liked everything. The grounds were idyllic. No photo can do it justice, the lake, the pond, the stables and the woodland each offer amazing tranquility.
Dislikes:
The only ing we did not like was that we had to leave.

From the moment we arrived were treated as special guests and were greeted with a very welcome cup of tea and some cake. Our room was delightfully appointed with a lovely en-suite. The breakfast each morning was served at a time to suit us and was presented and cooked
beautifully. The setting is 40 acres of pretty countryside with tree lined lakes. Although there were other guests staying at the same time there was still very much a feeling of privacy. Read less

The friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, for instance, they booked a table for us at a local pub, so we didn't have to find food after a long journey. We were made to feel very much at home.

Dislikes:
not easy to find the place, maybe a better shield outside on the road would help.

This was a gem of a find. the hosts were very attentive and welcoming. it is a little oasis in the beautiful kent countryside. the rooms are of top quality in boutique style. My husband and i do not like 'chintzy' hotels and this was definitely not that. it lived up to our high expectations. I woke up here on my 30th birthday and it was a delight with great memories. Once we found the house it was easy to come and go.
The B&B had facilities which we did not use - weather was too poor for swimming or sitting outdoors.

After sleeping like a log we were treated in the morning like kings at your breakfast table; again one of the best breakfasts we ever had.
