Facilities and Amenities

The farm is set in designated area of oustanding natural beauty, surrounded by young woodland,mature trees, lakes and pasture. There is a rowing boat on the lake and guests occasionally swim there too (at own risk). A very nice old village pub at the top of the lane and in the village of Benenden. In a short drive we are surrounded with castles, famous gardens and lovely old towns such as Cranbrook, Tenterden and Rye, also there are many well known golf clubs and the beach of Camber.

Dining Options
A hearty breakfast starting with fresh fruit and a generous selection of cereals, is generally served in the summer house and on the terrace in summer (weather permitting).

    Please note that all rooms are on ground level with one step to enter the buildings and also the showers. There are no special hand rails. Breakfasts are served on a lower level that can be accessed either by a winder wooden staircase or an exterior low gradient gravel hill. Should it be required we would be happy to provide breakfast to the bedroom by prior arrangement.
