The farm is set in designated area of oustanding natural beauty, surrounded by young woodland,mature trees, lakes and pasture. There is a rowing boat on the lake and guests occasionally swim there too (at own risk). A very nice old village pub at the top of the lane and in the village of Benenden. In a short drive we are surrounded with castles, famous gardens and lovely old towns such as Cranbrook, Tenterden and Rye, also there are many well known golf clubs and the beach of Camber.
