Rooms are large and beautifully furnished. Jill and Maurice are extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. Breakfasts are amazing. Would definatley recommend and certainly return.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and well equipped and the breakfasts were magnificent! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
Dislikes:
Not being within easy (less than 15 minutes) walking distance to a pub for a drink/food. Always had to go out in the car.

We loved the location and felt so welcome. As for the breakfast - fresh fruit both mornings, beautifully presented, the full English was brilliant - better than most in Tunbridge Wells. Dislikes:
Liked the location however very dark of a night and you had to drive out to get something to eat. Would recommend some additional lighting on the roads and sign leading upto the property.

We went here for a short stay in Kent before going with the Eurotunnel (45 min) to France.

The B&B is tip-top. Very clean an luxurious.
Furthermore the service was excellent with benevolent managers.
The B%B is very nicely located, away from the main roads, in the Kent country side.

The questions you ask are inadequate. Seven of the eight questions are those which could be answered with 5/5 for a simple house B&B, which does not do justice to Waters End. The eighth question is Location, which is where Waters End comes into its own. Waters End is something else, something which we have not come across in 10 years of B&B selection. Value for money question cannot easily be answered, as on other occasions we would have scored another B&B 5/5. This scores 10/5 Read less

Peaceful & quiet B&B - don't expect run of the mill, it's awesomely different. Loved the ducks walking past our room in the morning & fascinating "multi-cultural" fellow guests at breakfast!
