Description
This lovely timbered cottage is situated in the heart of the old village of Astwood Bank, near Redditch, Worcestershire.
In the cosy, comfortable surroundings of our oak-beamed dining room you can ease into your day with a delicious breakfast. Fresh fruit, cereals, juice or yoghurt are followed by one of our superlative full English breakfasts (locally sourced free-range eggs, bacon and sausage, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee or tea, toast and preserves).
Vegetarian options are always available, and we're more than happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements. Delicious, reasonably-priced two-course evening meals, home-cooked from fresh local produce, can also be prepared by prior arrangement.
There are also many excellent local pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes, including the Why Not Inn, the Nevill Arms and Spice Fusion - and of course, the Oddfellows Arms, just up the road from us.
Our stylishly furnished guest bedrooms offer all of those special "home-from-home" comforts: soft, Egyptian cotton bed linen, speciality tea & coffee-making facilities, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, internet access and TV with Freeview and DVD features.
The double rooms are all either en-suite or have exclusive bathroom or shower room access.
