The room was spotless. Comfy bed, plenty of pillows, good TV. Good breakfast
Dislikes:
1 bed never made over 3 days
2 erratic hot/cold water
3 room too hot
4 restaurant (a marketing feature) closed
5 bar TV swtiched off without warning or apology as I was watching it - before

We had a lovley time at the hotel and we knew the room would be what we paid for. the only problems we had is there was a ball missing on the pool table and the dart board was a bit pants stuck in a corner and not really set up well. I like a game of darts and ye im holiday but like a throw so needs sorting Read less

the main thing was the cocktails and the staff were well funny and you could have a good laugh with them
Dislikes:
my only thing was the dart board was tacky old and no were to mark no oche and in the corner. I think that would be good to sort out. As i do like to keep my game up here and there

I booked a double room at the Vidella for the 16th June via their website. The purpose of the stay was to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and we had various activities booked.
I chose to book the hotel after seeing the price, looking at guest reviews and from seeing it on the Channel 4 programme, 'Four In A Bed'.
We were excited about the hotel, however we were bitterly disaapointed by the room we were given. Read less

Warmly welcomed by one of the owners and shown up to our room.
Ate in the restaurant, the food was absolutely beautiful. We were waited on by Brendon who was very friendly.
Breakfast was really good
Dislikes:
The room - extremely small, smoking room and had a smoky smell, the wardrobe covers half the full-length mirror, tiny en-suite, cigarette butts on floor on right side of room next to bed

Great bar with a good selection of drinks and friendly service. Breakfast room was ok but breakfast a bit slow and small.
