The smoking room on the ground floor. The welcome from our hosts and the food was excellent.
Dislikes:
The very noisy scouser hen party were one of their party tried to gain access to our room at 3 in the morning which was beyond the control of our hosts.

So friendly staff. Excellent entertainment made very welcome and down to earth staff. We didn't want to leave. We will be back later in summer and definitely want to get to bk new year. Kiss to u all

Staying at the Vidella was great as the staff made you feel warm and welcomed. A smile on everyone's face and they really made an effort to talk to you and get to know you. Dinner was lovely and a great meal for everyone to enjoy. Read less

The staff really made the stay. They were helpful and friendly and made a real effort. Our stay was made by the smiles and laughter, especially Brendan.
Dislikes:
The breakfast the next day wasn't impressive. We also found a fly on the bacon. We didn't return the breakfast.

When I entered the hotel I was greeted with "name?" from the man at the reception. I asked plitely where I could park and the reply again was "name?"
This is simply rude, and I will not return.

Maybe have more hot drink facility's within the room and our room didn't get serviced but other than that great stay

Cascades restaurant - truly superb food well presented and cooked to perfection - and the wit and humour of the maitre De - his personality and humour is most infectious!
Dislikes:
The room left a lot to be desired! The beds had been pushed together and the thin duvet was far too small for use as a double! The bathroom was in need of maintenance and good clean, toilet bowl leaks
