Stayed for a week, pub was more of a restaurant than village local, but that proved very useful for my evening meals. Room and Breakfast proved very good and location was on main bus routes for travel… Read more

Liked the room, food and general atmosphere of pub.
Will stay again, when the opportunity arises.
Dislikes:
There was no internal entrance to the rooms, access was via a rear fire escape which would prove difficult if disabled.

The room was clean & spacious. The shower was hot & powerful. Had an evening meal in the pub & the carvery meal was great value for money. I would not hesitate to stop here again.

Room was basic but clean, had everything I needed and remarkably cheap. Good breakfast on offer, far more than I could manage and cooked fresh to order. Food looked good as well though I didn't eat eat there in the evenings. Read less
