Location is excellent at top of the town, so nice and quiet. Kitchen staff very friendly and excellent breakfast.
Dislikes:
Bed awful, shower is very poor could only get it slightly warm and flow very poor.
Parking ok but did get blocked in by other guests as parking places not designated and too few.

The location is great. Close enough to the centre of town to be local, but far enough back to be away from the crowds.
Dislikes:
Our room (number 4) was very creaky under foot and above - old boards throughout - and therefore sleep was slightly dictated by the couple above. Also, the sit down shower wasn't great.

Overall we had a lovely stay in padstow - the location of the hotel was ideal and the room was full of character and charm with modern but fitting decor. Being the oldest building in padstow, the floorboards were extremely creaky and there was no standing shower! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming with books, games and DVD's on offer for any rainy days! It reminded me more of a B&B than a hotel. Read less

Friendly staff and charming rooms! Very pretty and ideal for the towns shops and restaurants and the beautiful harbour and beach.
Dislikes:
On our first morning there were a few specks of mould on the bread and the following morning saw rather burnt toast! Just a little more care and attention to detail is needed here.

I particularly liked the reception area / bar and the very helpful pleasant staff.
Dislikes:
I do feel the hotel cleaners could possibly do a better job in communal areas. There were some stains and spills on tables, chairs, menus etc which a decent cleaner would sort out on a daily basis.

Stayed over for one night in a double en-suite room in May for a short break. Really lovely people there! Very close to town, didn't spend much time in the room as the location is so good. Great that it has a car park! Don't try and use your sat nav to find it, it will drive you in a circle for hours. Got a great deal online, the room was 70 per night, not sure I'd have been so in love with the place if I'd paid the full 150 or however much it usually is though. Read less

The rooms are lovely, very nicely decorated, beautiful bay windows. There is an honesty bar which is a lovely idea! Lovely dining room and living area, dvds available for your room which is great.
Dislikes:
We did book a room with a bath didn't receive one but as the staff were so nice it didn't seem to matter. Also the shower did have some hair in it when we got there, but again, it wasn't too bad.

The stay was very poor it’s not a hotel and very much a B & B and not a good one at that. Although the people were friendly and helpful the B & B was not up to standard for what they charged. The shower was dirty the toilet handle broke and the toilet seat fell off, although I would point out the handle was fixed the following day and we were offered another room. Overall the place is very much in of some TLC sooner rather than later, they then may be able to justify their over the top rate. Read less

The people who run it thats it I am afarid. Do not have anything good to say about the B & B. The breakfast was not bad at all.
Dislikes:
The B & B its not a hotel dirty and run down.
