The building is centrally heated throughout with thermostatically controlled radiators. It is also predominantly double glazed and carpeted throughout. The building was erected during the Edwardian period and is situated near the train station, the shopping centre and all areas of the town are quick and easy to reach. The town centre and all surrounding areas are fully paved on both sides of the road which is flat and level with no gradients or inclines. The entrance to the building has a short mosaic tiled path and a low threshold at the wide front door/entrance which leads into a spacious, tiled hallway. The hallway provides access to all downstairs rooms. (A door bell button is located on the R.H side of the front door aperture). Cellular telephone reception is usually good.
