Clean, well-appointed and with lots of space for the guests. We particularly liked the sitting-room and garden access - something which is rare to find in a B&B. The peace and quiet was nice too!
Dislikes:
There was nothing we didn't like.

Lovely spacious rooms with clean modern facilities Everything that you might need is in the room and the sitting area with Sky tv,cd and dvd was great. Tea and coffe with lots of both.

The room was faultless and very comfortable.. slept like a baby.
Breakfast was great, and the fresh fruit salad is something i've never experienced before at a b n b.
David is a wonderful host and couldn't have made us feel more welcome.

My room was actually more like a small suite, with comfortable furniture, full Sky hd tv, a small fridge stocked with fresh milk plus a generously-sized and powerful shower in the bathroom. The other room available even had its own private garden. The host was friendly and very welcoming, providing an excellent full breakfast including eggs from the B&B's own hens. The setting was very peaceful, yet there was good road access to Norfolk's many tourist attractions. Highly recommended! Read less
