We were walking from Lands End and were really pleased with our fantastic bathroom with a huge spa bath! The room was a little cold on arrival but soon warmed up when we asked for the heating to be put on. We were told we had booked dinner although we hadn't so felt a bit obliged to have dinner but in fact it was excellent food, although there was limited choice really. I just think the whole stay could have been made a bit more friendly and less old school but overall we had no complaints. Read less

welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They even recommended agents to help us buy a home.
Dislikes:
I've thought really hard but, I cannot find one thing to grumble about.

On arrival we were greeted by Molly the collie dog, then found our room which was the four poster room. The room was clean and tidy but quite old fashioned in style with a very modern bathroom, which was all fine. Then we met Sue & Sharon who were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great, just what we needed after our night out. All in all our stay was fab and we would definately come back and stay again. Read less

The only comment would be the main light in our room was very dull so we had all the lamps on but that's just nit picking.

Good location for exploring cornwall
Dislikes:
It was a bit pricey for what we got
The kitchen and had an unused feel to it - most things were cleanish but a there was a stale smell
The air was a bit damp in the cottage - nothing ever dried
