The St.Georges Country House is an ideal central base from which to explore Cornwall, as the northern border with Devon and Lands End are only an hours drive away, with Truro, Falmouth and the south coast even closer.
The world famous Eden Project is only a 40 minute drive away. The area has something for everyone, with activities such as gliding, parachuting, climbing, surfing, walking, horse riding and golf to name but a few and nearby. Perranporth's three miles of beautiful golden sand is ideal for family days out on the beach. Other attractions include a boating lake, hard and grass tennis courts, pitch and putt, and outdoor bowling. Visitors are made most welcome. Fishing can be enjoyed at three close locations: Bolingey Lake, Rosewater and Oakridge Farm.
