The instructions to take"2 slice of bacon and one of everything else" i found rather offensive,a buffet breakfast with restrictions ! is this the way forward?

Thankyou for your review your responce has been noted, the room decor is constantly being improved, but due to some guests not caring and causing damage and due to being busy the rooms are in use most of the time.Re our policy about the breakfast most understanding people are not greedy but some are. It is a fine selection of food and we offer up to nine items on our breakfast menu, more than normal as you can see most people think we serve a great breakfast. Only the minority moan.

The hygiene standards could be improved. The floor within our room had not been hoovered for what looked like weeks. A touch of paint would not go amiss. Parking was a pain.

Thankyou for your review, im dissapointed.Your reation to the carpets has been noted however if it had been brought to my attention about any problems while you were there the carpets could have been sorted, regarding facilities( you gave a 2) what more do you want in your room? there are tea and coffee trays a 32 inch dvd tv, wall mounted hairdryers, ironing board and irons.We pride ourselves in doing our best as you can tell most other reviews reflect this, we always try to improve.
