Our weekend stay was our first visit to Filey & we chose All Seasons after reading it's very good reviews. Lesley & Andrew looked after us like old friends & we were bowled over by the beautiful bedroom & guest lounge, the welcoming tea & cake and the wonderful cooked breakfasts made from top class local produce. From the home made chocolate brownies in our room to the information on local restaurants provided at check in, everything has been carefully thought out. We will be back for more! Read less

Our hosts were so welcoming and could not do enough for us, including booking a table at a local hotel and telling them it was for a birthday meal.

The breakfast was of the very highest quality and beautifully presented. Although no evening meal is available full information on local pubs and restaurants was offered and booked. Andrew and Lesley the owners couldn't do enough for us and we will definitely return. Read less

We were in Filey for an overnight stay. Our visit was as a result of my father dying in January, who was born and raised in Filey. We all used to holiday in Filey. I have not been back since I was a child. We met Andrew on our arrival and he was very welcoming and recommended a number of restaurants. One of which we visited which was great. We met Lesley over our wonderful breakfast and she was helpful and attentive, without being intrusive. Read less

The decor was immaculate and there was a lovely smell all through the house, not over powering, but wonderful and fresh.
Our room was carefully and beautifully presented.

We stayed for one night in the King room. Arrived earlier than check in time and were welcomed by Andrew and Lesley and given coffee and cake although our room wasn't ready. We left our bags which were taken up to our room in our absence. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean with a more than adequate selection of tea coffee and biscuits. They had even bought us an Easter egg. We slept well. Breakfast was excellent. Read less
