Relaxed and welcoming Guesthouse. Close to Town Centre which was very convenient for evenings. Owner was extremely friendly and helpfull throughout our stay.

The guest house was very clean, the staff exceptionally friendly and the food was very good.
Dislikes:
The room we had was very compact. For somebody over 6 ft tall and 100 kilos, it was difficult moving about in. The bed was too small & pillows hard resulting in me & wife having poor sleep.

Our room was spotlessly clean, with all new furnishings & bedlinen. Tea,(various choices,) & coffee making facilities were in the room, as well as biscuits. The room was very warm & included extra touches, such as dressing gowns. The location was right in the centre of Swanage, but was very quiet. Read less

It's so refreshing to have accommodation that keeps pace with today's fashion/trends, (nothing tatty or threadbare here)!! Breakfast included smoked salmon & jars crammed with dried fruits & nuts!!

We had a lovely warm welcome from the landlady and her husband who knew the area well and recommended nice places and things to do.
