Lovely gardens and spacious rooms although decor seemed like from the 80's , probably just personnel taste.
Dislikes:
We had stayed in better places that were cheaper , and putting an additional cost in the breakfast menu for extras was also strange.

I noted your comments. The decor is personal taste as the house dates from 1874 we like to keep it traditional, but we do replace the beds regularly and the rooms have all modern facilites. The folder in the bedrooms with information on the hotel etc asks that you obtain a front door key if going out and returning late. All the standard breakfast choices are included with the B & B Price its only what we call our Scottish Specials, Full Scottish, Smoked Salmon or a breakfast steak thats extra

Friendly, helpful owners. Everything we required available. Having connecting door to children's room very useful. Close to motorway and town.
Dislikes:
Dinner very good but quite pricey.
