already mentioned above; furthermore no staff to welcome us; we discovered that we were put in the tiniest and least accessible room (my husband is 84!), but there was nobody to discuss about it.

We stayed one night at the Pearlcourt. Lovely spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Only downside was we were not able to figure out how to work the tv and internet signal was weak; but these didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay at all and I know staff would have been on the end of the line to help out had we required that. Nice & specious groundfloor apartment re: 3rd single person, costs shared equalled very good value with the bonus of kitchen facilities to prepare own food to take out.

The friendliness of the staff was great, and the breakfasts were good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Dislikes:
The only problem I had was when I arrived there wasn't anyone there in the evening and the number had an engaged signal when I rang it a couple of times, and so I had to go away and come back again.
