Likes:
Very friendly staff and the room had what I needed - comfortable bed, sink, wardrobe and TV. The iron and ironing board proved very handy too!
Dislikes:
There were no plugs in the sinks, which was a massive problem for me as I wear hard contact lenses and could only clean them by laying a towel in the sink to ensure the plug hole was covered.

We loved the set up in the room - the big windows, the bed was very comfy, shower was however very weak, as in no power coming from it so not a good shower if you were in a hurry for somewhere; the tea and coffee was a gorgeous idea, tv and channels great, room big enough for 3 people. It made it feel like as if it were your own home. Staff lovely and accommodating, great detail was given to everything. Read less

I loved how you were able to act as if you were in your own home - for example not having to check in and check out every time you go somewhere. Very homely and location only a quick taxi away.
Dislikes:
If you wanted to walk into town you would have to have a lot of time on your hands or else get a taxi...especially with suitcases.
Shower extremely weak.

Plenty of bars/restaurants within a minute's walk too. The guesthouse itself was clean and comfortable, and a better breakfast than we expected too.
Dislikes:
The guesthouse was unattended frequently. Our keys were left outside the door in case they weren't there when we arrived so we felt that was a bit unsafe.

already mentioned above; furthermore no staff to welcome us; we discovered that we were put in the tiniest and least accessible room (my husband is 84!), but there was nobody to discuss about it.
