I have stayed at Oakfield House several times in the past 18 months and that probably is the best recommendation that I can give as B&B's don't get a return visit unless they are good. Oakfield is one of the best I have stayed in, clean, comfortable, everything you need in the room, wi-fi and always the offer of a cup of tea on arrival! Read less

You can always be confident that the room will be perfect and you will get a good nights sleep.(Breakfast is great too - plenty of choice - including freshly chopped fruit.)

Breakfasts were very good and generous portions. Location was just right, quiet but a nice short walk into the town. Wifi worked very well. We even had excellent weather in February. On arrival I was given a quick tour, we discussed when I wanted breakfast. Very flexible and helpful. When I was shown my room I was offered a cup of tea and slice of cake. Very welcome after a long journey. The room was beautifully made up and spotlessly clean. There's a TV with DVD player, free WiFi, hair dryer and a tray to put your muddy shoes. The breakfast was excellent. There was a nice range of freshly cut fruit, cereals and yogurt. Excellent full Welsh breakfast is a must. Read less
