Likes:
Location - close to shops and lots of restaurants and bars. Nice to look at Brighton Wheel. Kindly upgraded us to a window overlooking sea.
Dislikes:
Noisy traffic. Double glazing would have been ideal. Claustrophobic lift (only takes 2 people).

Where the hotel ist situated. WiFi.
Dislikes:
Room was sort of grubby. And the floor as well as the bed were gradient. And no toilet brush!

"Jacuzees noisey kept us awake we did not use ours."
It was excellent except for the noise apparently coming from the bathroom it sounded like jacuzees from other rooms. Glad to get home.… Read more

Dislikes:
It was dangerous getting out of the bath there was no hand rail, also the floor was slippery due to water from the shower.

Hot powerful shower, big clean towels, tv, kettle worked, would have preferred a firmer bed but was ok for my one night. Brilliant outdoor bar seating looking out onto the sea, good internet service.
Dislikes:
Around about 8am, I noticed an extremely loud continuous engine-like noise.It would have been impossible to have slept through it.

Not enough attention to detail at breakfast.
Stained glasses, no fruit available, toast not served on side plate, breakfast occasionally served cold and whilst eating serial.
Ultimately felt rushed.

Paid for 2 nights left after one, rooms and bathrooms are shabby and are desperatly in need of refurbishment. Rooms with a view are very noisy from both the road and all night party people. Windows are single glazed, some even have uncracked glass in them. I would chew my own arm off rather than spend another night in this hotel. Definatly not for a young family. Read less

Breakfast and leaving early, staff were really helpfull and offered us another room, unfortunatly this room was also in a poor state of repair so we left a day early.
Dislikes:
Rooms were not very clean and in a desperate state of repair. Seaview rooms are Noisy from both the road and lots of Party peaople till about 4am! (this was a Monday evening)

When we arrived the receptionist was nice & helpful and the bar outside area was very relaxing (although quite pricey - as was most of Brighton). When we were able to check into our room, we were quite pleased at the sea view and the nice room size & location.....this was short lived as we soon realised in the evening the room was in the worst noisiest location in the hotel - right by the club smoking area and hallway that lead there, which lasted until gone 3am! How helpful the 2nd receptionist was (between about 5 & 10pm), also the actual room size and view was lovely. The hotel location was good too. Also the nice relaxed bar outside area and jolly bastaff.
Dislikes:
The fact that our hotel room was the noisiest hotel room re. People noise that I have ever been in.

A good nights sleep with no disturbing noises from other guests entering or leaving their rooms. No noise from toilets etc. in other rooms.
