Lovely greeting after a tough drive. Nice lady went out of her way to get our dinner order to the chef in time. We arrived at 08:50. Thank you. A large Millers and tonic was like nectar...
Dislikes:
Sat Nav sent me down some stupid toll road to get here!!! Well worth the toll though:-0

I was disappointed that before dinner I took a shower and there was no hot water. I complained, and was told that the water had run out and nothing could be done !

Other guests welded to their mobile phones in common areas - why? what is so important when on a break that it's necessary to look at technology when eating/drinking?

Overall a wonderful experience and I can't compliment the member of staff who dealt with us enough as she was generous and accommodating. I can also highly recommend the Victorian themed tea room as their soup, homemade bread and customer service was exceptional!!! Read less
