We arrived to find or rooms, booked and paid for 3 months earlier, occupied already, by a couple let in purely on their word. It took several phone calls,before we even found anyone to speak to, and an anxious 1 1/2hr wait before we finally got our room. Which said, the staff were full of apologies, and the room was lovely. No compensation for our horrible arrival was offered. Read less

Due to the apartments not having a reception desk everyone that books is allocated a specific apartment/access code which is e-mailed to them in advance along with a booking confirmation. Guests are then able to arrive from 2pm and let themselves into the building and into their apartment using this secure access code which only allows access to the specific apartment allocated. Should a guest forget their apartment/access code they can contact me directly using the front door intercom system.

Only the bed are to small!

Thank you for your very prompt review, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay. It is unfortunate that you found the beds too small, they are all of standard double size, due to the apartments being compact in size, however, a couple of our 2 bed apartments do have king sized beds in them.

The level of service is excellent. We asked if they had more Children's DVD's in the morning and theye were there when we got back that afternoon.

Thank you for your review. This apartment was a 1 bedroom apartment with double pull out sofa bed, however, we do have larger 2 double bed apartments also available should you require something slightly larger in future.

It was stylish, comfortable, excellent value for money, well equipped and finished to a very high standard. As it is just around the corner from a good Tesco, self catering was no hassle.
Dislikes:
No, I couldn't fault it.

Best to book a one bed apartment in future then you will not have to deal with the mezzanine level steps! The mezzanine studio apartment is the only 1-bed apartment which has an elevated bed apart from the second beds in the 2-bed apartments which are also elevated.

Re the mirror - it was difficult to fit a full length mirror anywhere else in that apartment due to it being smaller, however I will look into this!

Thank you very much for your review. It is unfortunate that the bed was too small for you. Apartment 1 has a standard double bed in it, however, 2 of our other apartments have king size beds in them. Apartment 1 is a lovely big apartment, one of our largest, but it does not have a view as the other apartments do because of it being at garden level. We have taken your comments on board re the maps and now provide these at the apartments.
