Someone in our party was ill,so we attempted to extend our check out time,but we were told that there we werent able to- without any attempt to contact the cleaning company

I am sorry that you were not allowed to extend your check-out time. We always try to accommodate late check-out requests as much as possible, however, when the apartment is required for a new guest the housekeeping team have a very tight timescale to enable it to be ready for a new guest. Due to it being the Easter weekend late check out was not possible and I hope that there was not too much inconvenience caused to you.

Impressive entrance and building. Very personalised stay, from the indivdual ecurity code, to little touches such as filter coffee and bespoke toiletries. Gorgeous finish on the apartment. The space i
Dislikes:
The I- pod dock is set at a very low volume for the television. Personally, I would have loved a seperate sound system, but I do understand that some guests may not use this with respect to others.

The accomodation lived up to our high expectations and, and some. An extra nice suprise was the champagne and chocolates found in the fridge.It was clean warm and well thought out. Everything worked.
