Location, parking, pleasant atmosphere, handy for coast and road networks. Felt very secure. Nice breakfast. Good size bathroom.
Dislikes:
Annexe walls rather thin so some secondary noise.

Staying overnight for a golf outing the next day. I have stayed here before and as previously the welcome was warm and the food was excellent. I stayed in the forge building next door. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast next morning was also very good and set up me up nicely for a (wet) day of golf at nearby Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Course.
