Friendliness of proprietor,excellent breakfast and good sized spotlessly clean room.Little extras like books, bottled water, coffee making facilities all provided.
Dislikes:
For more than one night stay would miss a residents lounge.

Thank you for your kind review Ian, we did away with the lounge as it was never used, and replaced it with a ground floor bedroom which a lot of elderley or partial disabled people appreciate as it is the only one in Pateley Bridge. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this guest house.It is very well situated for sightseeing for the dales and local cities.We were made very welcome and Stephen and Lynne were very knowledgeable regarding the tourist areas to visit.There are two pubs in walking distance and nice places to eat. The guest house has recently been refurbished and is very clean,we had a good size full english breakfast daily.We also had the use of the kitchen and dinning room in the evenings for take away meals.

Friendly greeting on arrival, exceptionaly well furnished and decorated not just the bedroom but throughout the establishment. Good choice of foods at breakfast with friendly and efficient service.
Dislikes:
No just wish we could have stayed longer!
