I booked this at the last minute as I was running the Falmouth half marathon. I asked in advanced for an early breakfast which the owner agreed to after a little initial hesitation. I also needed a later check out because I wanted to shower after my run. I was told this might incur an additional charge but again the owner was amenable to being flexible. There was a warm friendly welcome, with tea offered and served in the lounge area. Read less

Really friendly welcome and stay. Owners willing to help. Clean and warm rooms and bathrooms. Great location for town, just a short 10 min walk and the beach is even nearer.

Thank you very much for you feedback. We are very sorry that you found the bed and pillows uncomfortable and will take steps today to ensure that people who prefer a softer bed can have memory foam matress toppers as it is difficult to cater for all preferences, and we will also provide feather and down pillows. Soundproofing will be addressed as we progress with renovations. Thank you once again and we hope that we see you again in the future.
