Location within easy walking distance to the castle and town centre. Room had a nice veiw of the bay.
Dislikes:
stairs and fire doors made it a bit of a trial with the luggage and off road parking was tight.

Everyone at the hotel are very, very friendly & helpful. The room was very clean & had all I needed for my stay & to relax after a day out exploring the beautiful cornish beaches & countryside.
Dislikes:
No nothing at all.

The tea/coffee just adequate for the money.
Breakfast again just adequate.
Did not consider one egg on two slices of toast to be
the answer to "scrambled eggs on toast".

Only with for one night so not much to experience but everything was fine from initial reception through to departure.Only slight grievance being required to use both hands to open the main door.I appreciate the security considerations, however it being a hotel ones hands are uaually full of luggage and the area is not the most spacious.trusting you can appreciatte what I am trying to explian and would welcome my comments.

If you had needed assistance to open the door you had only to ring the reception bell or if outside the entrance bell for someone to appear. We know the door is heavy and guests need 2 hands but its what we want to help us with providing a secure building. Thank you for your helpful comments.
