A weekend away in a pleasant relatively unspoilt area with plenty to do and see. Lovely coastal and country walks/scenery nearby, including the Quantocks, Brendon Hill and Exmoor. Also within easy reach is Dunster village with its historic Castle and interesting shops, plus the West Somerset Railway,the longest Steam Heritage Railway in the country from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard, with many interesting stations and a Museum in Washford. A lovely nostalgic tour through beautiful countryside. Read less

Welcoming owners - nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully prepared with many nice touches and most comfortably furnished. The breakfasts were superb with a wide choice available.
Dislikes:
No faults or complaints at all, as everything was perfect!

This was our 2nd stay at Langtry and this time we were in the lovely black room. We cant fault Langtry at all - from the beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms with the lovely little touchs to the amazing breakfast with all the home made delights.This bed and breakfast is outstanding and if you are thinking it is a little pricey for a bed and breakfast it is worth every penny. The rooms and breakfast are as good if not better than 4 star hotel. Read less
