Room was lovely. Also, my wife has a wheat allergy and the chef went to great lengths to explain what was available from the menu and suggest mixing different dishes to accomodate

Warm welcome, pleasant staff and lovely warm room. Breakfast very good. Easy parking. We were offered room in main building rather than the garden room we had booked to save us going out in the cold
Dislikes:
Bathroom mirror light not working which made shaving difficult in poor light.

our room was cold - the radiator was not always on. A lovely old building but could not help being aware of the rooms above us

The pub is set in a beautiful location, we had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very well presented and gorgeous, we waited a while for our starter but it was well worth it.
Dislikes:
The room was perhaps a tad overpriced and unfortunately our room (The Cheltenham) was right above the pub so it was quite noisy from the time we got there up until midnight.

We had an excellent break at The Lamb Inn which was extremely friendly and made us and our dog Max welcome. The room was amazing and the food superb. We have never been to the cotswolds before and enjoyed exploring the area, a walk on Cleave Hill revealed amazing views. overall we had a great break which did what we wanted recharched our batteries. We will cetainly recommend The Lamb Inn and hopefully we will return. Read less

I was meeting some friends from Northampton area just for the weekend and we chose to stay at this beautiful and friendly inn. Katie warmly received us and showed us around the inn. She astounded us with her friendliness and helpfulness. Living in Southern Caifornia, we are not used to such kind people! Millie's Garden Suite was lovely, and has a large bathtub in which to relax. My friends stayed in the Sherbourne Suite, and enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the areaa. Read less

The Lamb Inn was our second choice for the weekend, we changed our mind after reading some bad reviews on our first choice. I'm so glad that we stumbled upon this Lamb Inn! We only stsyed for 2 nights but will definitely be returning. It's ideally located to explore the Cotswolds, which we did - in glorious weather, (a bonus!). By far the thing that impressed us the most was the relaxed atmosphere and friendliness nature of the staff, a special thanks to Toby who made us feel welcome right from the start.
Dislikes:
The only downside I can think of is that our room (Room 1) seemed a little overpriced for the size of it, fairly small, although it was full of charm and character just like the rest of the Inn.

Very quaint property. Although the facility is approximately 400 years old the rooms are very up to date with furnishings and bathroom facilities.
Dislikes:
The only thing negative I could say is that our room was located upstairs, the spiral staircase was extremely narrow. We battled with our small bag.
