Everything was spot on and I also called James up at around 9.45pm asking for some more sugar and milk and it was with us in minutes!

Bathroom shelf on tilt, toilet roll holder hanging off.No phone or complimentary biscuits.Woken by family booking in at 12.30-1am with no respect for anyone trying to sleep.

Eastbourne was a great place to visit and the accomodation was ideally placed, affordable and comfortable.
Dislikes:
The lack of a parking space meant the start of the stay was a little frustrating
