Beautiful setting, lovely welcome on arrival with cake and tea from jayne! Gluten free needs taken into account with breakfast which was exceptional. Lovely room with amazing views and a very comfortable bed, great power shower and fridge topped up with bottled water and milk every day. Perfect location up a track and a short walk to the pepperpot which jayne suggested gave us the best views of the island all week! We cannot fault the location or the host, jayne was a lovely lady. If you want to stay somewhere peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts and get a taste of the rural Isle of Wight then this is the perfect setting. A little of the beaten track but access is fine, a very warm welcome from Jayne and Chris who couldn't do enough for you, arranging taxi's, booking a table at the local pub, breakfast in bed, just soooo relaxing. Very welcoming to motorbikes too. Will definitely be back for another stay in the future. Read less

The room was nicely appointed, light and airy and spectacular views out across the island. Chris and Jayne were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made the whole stay fantastic

Nothing was too much trouble, even got a phone call before we left home letting us know about the travel problems on the island and providing an alternative route to get to the B&B. Lovely views.
Dislikes:
No, it was lovely.

We have just returned from the most fantastic four night break at Hermitage Court Farm. We enjoyed every moment there thanks to the hospitality of Jayne and Chris. Jayne welcomed us with a pot of tea and the most moist and delicious Victoria sponge cake ever! Everything was spotlessly clean and we always had plenty of hot water for baths after our wonderful walks. We even had a little fridge in our room which was great. A real joy to stay there. Read less

Everything ... especially the breakfasts which were always served piping hot and on hot plates - something other establishments don't always achieve.
