I have stayed in many of the big players hotels who advertise themselves as being something specail but they all fall well short of the mark when compared to Heatherbank B&B. Mary is very welcoming, is the perfect host and provides the best breakfast I have experienced of all the place I have stayed on my travels. The rooms excellent and have a spacious and grand feellook to them. If you are looking for something other than the usual big players with real quility here its here. Read less

I was in Heatherbank's "Yellow Room" and it was just lovely, perfect for what I needed. Normally I'm not a fan of having to share a bathroom, but here it was no problem at all and the bathroom itself was a very good size, very clean and well-equipped. The owners could not have been more pleasant! Really enjoyable stay overall. Read less

the Bathroom was very large. This is a room in a house but had all the hotel extras like tea/coffee int he room and slipers.
Dislikes:
We where the only ones there but it was a shared bathroom, maybe problematic is the venue was full.

Friendly welcome with nice clean rooms.
Dislikes:
Thought could have been given to the location of the boiler, especially as the bathroom was next door it would have been better placed in there were it didnt wake people up at 6am.
