Dislikes:
Beds were a little firmer than we are used too- older children so prefer own twin beds rather than bunks.

Thank you very much for your nice review and I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us . As far as the beds are concerned it's impossible to buy mattresses that suit everybody's taste, so we buy ones that we think will suit the majority and so far that seems to have worked. I understand what you are saying about older children preferring own twin beds but in our defence it does explain on all websites that in the family rooms bunk beds are the sleeping arrangements for any children.

Hotel is in a great position, 5 minutes to the beach. Our room was clean & comfortable with views of the sea & Scarborough castle.
