comfortable beds, nice breakfast, although there was minimal choice
Dislikes:
There were some areas in both the room and the bathroom, that need attending to. It didnt affect our enjoyment of the hotel, but it could look better

"Extremely disappointed, would not recommend it to anyone ,in fact I would say avoid, it's too basic"
We stayed overnight on a Saturday. We were welcomed by a friendly Bulgarian lady, however she didn't show us to our room and on refection we could undrestand why, it was on the 4th floor (no lift) up… Read more

We were welcomed by a friendly Bulgarian lady, however she didn't show us to our room and on refection we could undrestand why, it was on the 4th floor (no lift) up very narrow staircases and the room was very small, we thought she would have been embarressed to show it to anyone.The place looked shabby thoughout, old red carpets stained and worn in places, the room was tiny and was in no way a double it should have only been a single, place not very clean. The B&B is very well located.

The room was shabby, for the price we thought it was going to be a very nice room is wasn't. The windows were filthy, the bed end was dusty, the shower although it had been cleaned looked dirty.

I booked last minute after other accommodation fell through for one night whilst working in Brighton. The service and room were just about adequate for the price but when I went to bed I found an unacceptable mattress with springs sticking out. I tried turning it round, placing extra covers on it but was unable to sleep and have been left with severe back pain. Even for budget accommodation, I do not think it is acceptable to pay money for such a mattress. Nothing was done when I complained. Read less

The stay would have been ok if I had actually been able to sleep.
Dislikes:
The room and bathroom were fairly unclean, but the main problem was the bad mattress.

Likes:
Really comfy bed and soft pillows. The location of the accomdation is good. I liked the coloured light in the bedroom.
Dislikes:
The room was really small quite awkward to move around. there was no full mirror in the room. there was also cracks in the walls which isnt too appealing. Also check out time is really early.
