A good sense of welcome. Convenience to town centre. Cleanliness and local information easily available.
Excellent variety of choice at breakfast.
Dislikes:
Car parking inhibited movement but this is a problem for central Swanage. To have easy parking would mean moving from the centre and we wanted to be close to the railway station.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and the cooked food was nicely prepared and very filling. The main town and seafront is a 10 minute walk (or 15 minute stroll). Lots of pubs and choices for eating to suit all pockets. Read less

Our host could not have been more inviting or helpful. The room is decorated to great taste and the attention to detail is superb. Easily a 4* hotel standard B&B.

We stayed in Swanage fr two nights to explore the surrounding area and what it had to offer. The stay was excellent helped in no small part by the outstanding B&B we were staying in. A very comfortable large room and very good breakfasts were a feature as were the private bathroom adjoining our room. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Swanage. Read less

Everything the owner of the B&B Sue was very welcoming and was helpful in every way. The room was a great size and spotless. The professionalism of the B&B was outstanding without it losing any charm.
Dislikes:
Nothing there were no negative points about Sue's establishment.
