We had a lovely stay, the room was excellent, good views out towards the sea. The staff were all very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. I rang Julie the day we were due to arrive and asked for some flowers for our room, and when we arrived they were beautiful. Nothing was to much trouble. Read less

Stairs could be a problem for guests that are not very mobile.

I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay, Brian and I do hope that we see you again. Just to let you know that we do have a twin bedded room on the ground floor with a ramp and a large walk-in shower. For the rooms upstairs we do have a handrail on both sides of the staircase to assist.

We received a very warm welcome from the host. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well furnished. Breakfast was great, with all the usual options, and was well cooked and very tasty!

Julie was so knowlegable as to places to visit. The hotel was looking over the sea and spotlessly clean. The food was very good and well presented. Central for the beach and shops and resterants.
Dislikes:
There is nothing that I could say about this hotel that we did not like exellent.

A great place. Julie and her staff made us very welcome and provided excellent service. The room was very clean and eyecatchingly decorated. The en-suite bathroom was spacious. The view from the bay window of the bay and castle was superb (room 6). A full English breakfast with additional options of cereals and fresh fruit set us up for the day. Within minutes walk of a variety of eating establishments for evening meals. I would highly recommend the Glyn y Coed for a relaxing few days. Loved it! Read less
