Everything, the atmosphere was completely friendly and relaxed with the lovely comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Next time !!!

Fleetwater Guest House is an example of how things should be done, and I wish all places were like it! As a lone traveller I phoned ahead for information and the owner was warm, friendly and really helpful, so when I arrived I felt really welcome and at ease. The room was phenomenal value for money-large and light with a good view, crisp clean linen, thick pile carpets, thick curtains,immaculately clean and new, modern equipment at hand (flatscreen with freeview, welcome tray, hair drier etc). The warmth of the welcome and friendliness, the price, the quality of the room and it's fittings and fitments, superb breakfast which is a good grade or two better than the standard fare elsewhere.
Dislikes:
Absolutely nothing negative to say here. If you put this place on the harbour front they could triple the price for it and the quality would probably be better than most others there!

Good sized room, very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast and a very friendly welcome. Convenient position.
Dislikes:

Thankyou for your review and the positive comments with regard to service, cleanliness and your packed breakfast. Our website does state that back rooms like the one you occupied overlooks the garden and is therefore away from the traffic and front rooms have a harbour view but face the road. Our location is within 1 mile of the ferry port and apart from the very expensive hotels on the quay is one of the closest to the terminal at a very competitive price.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about the Fleetwater! The room was a good size, we had a lovely view out towards the harbour, the beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

The food was exellent, well presented, very well cooked and always served piping hot. Very good pub only two mins walking distance and situated on the main bus routes.
Dislikes:
Not really, the bed was not as comfortable as my own, but quite acceptable.
